.: Sound Team Tryouts :.

You all knew it was coming, so here it is! It is now time to hold the sound team auditions. The audition for the sound team is in three parts. You will find a clip from the show, linked at the bottom of this entry, as well as two voice overs from fans.

The scene is from "Crossroads of Destiny", so it should be a scene most Zutarians are very familiar with. The clip is edited down, and mixed to combine two scenes into one, without all the middle scenes that played during the show. Just follow the lip flaps, and place the voices where they belong accordingly.

Please keep in mind that this journal entry will be updated with a deadline once bluetarako and I have decided on one. That being said, submitting the auditions will be updated as well once we figure out an easy way for you all to send in your pieces without too much hassle.

Okay guys, here it is. I was speaking with bluetarako on AIM, and we both agreed on a deadline for you guys. The deadline for ALL audition pieces will be Dec. 1st. Again, this is the deadline for BOTH the sound team, and video team, so please be sure you have your audition entry submitted before the deadline is reached.

To submit your audition, please be sure you save your entry as WMV files. This makes the file smaller, and easier for us to handle when we sort through your auditions. When you have the file saved as WMV, upload it to megaupload ([link]), and take the download link the site will provide for you once your entry is uploaded. Once that's done, send the download link to me via note. This way, I have all your entries saved on my computer until the teams can be decided by bluetarako and myself.

I will also be keeping a list of those participating in the audition in my journal to keep track of who is trying out, and whether or not we have gotten your entry yet. So please, PLEASE, make sure you leave a comment stating you are going to try out so we are aware you are trying out.

If you do not comment, you won't be on the list of participants. If you aren't on the list, we will not accept an auditioning piece from you. I repeat, we will NOT accept an auditioning piece from you. This is not to be mean. We just want to be sure we are aware and prepared to accept each and every audition, and knowing you are taking part in this makes things a lot more organized for us.

Of course, you can sign up at any time BEFORE the deadline is reached, as long as you sign up. Please do not work on an audition piece, and send it in without officially joining. The sound team will be decided by bluetarako and myself once the deadline has been reached. Thank you all for understanding, and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
